Class Description
Join us for a sweet, nourishing and profound Yin Yoga practice. Yin Yoga is particularly beneficial for the nervous system due to its calming and restorative nature. During this class we work with: * Parasympathetic Activation * Mindfulness and Breath Awareness * Fascial Release * Emotional Regulation * Balancing the Energy Recommended Props: a blanket, a bolster and two blocks. Bring your own eye pillow if desired.
