Class Description

This dynamic and energizing physical class synchronizes breath with movement while we flow through a series of postures, building heat and strength while cultivating flexibility and balance. Pranayama, or breath control, is used to bolster the physical body through a short vinyasa practice allowing the practitioner to experience a more profound meditation experience. Enjoy a deep relaxation to the healing sounds of the gong at the end of class, integrating body, mind, and spirit towards its true nature. Recommended Props: Yoga Mat + 2 Blocks
