Class Description
The focus of our Joint Freeing Series in a Chair is twofold. One is to gently and safely move most every joint in the body. Moving the joints every day is very important to keeping them lubricated and flexible. The other, and most important focus, is to develop and maintain a slower deeper breath throughout the practice. Each class will end with a short sound back to seal the practice.
