Class Description
This class begins with gentle breathing exercises and stretches that are held to encourage going inward. Then it shifts easily into a long savasana where a guided Yoga Nidra meditation practice will transport you into a theta brain state for deep relaxation and renewal. Recommended Props: a blanket, a bolster, two blocks and an eye pillow, if desired.
