August Intention: Healing the Sacred Heart

This soul-session is all about heart coherence- dropping in to the essence of the ruby jewel, also known as the Monarch in Chinese medicine, to bring the light of love back to all aspects of your being.

An opening cacao ceremony and guided meditation will be fused with circling, sound healing and authentic relating games to explore the beauty of benevolence and blossoming.

There’s room for it all in this circle, this is about the full expression of your divine and fierce feminine… come as your embodied inner-goddess, ready to relinquish back in to your hearts desires.

About Facilitator:

Diana Lane is a stress reduction specialist and holistic health expert with over 17 years of experience in the medical field. As a pre-med heart surgeon-turned-Acupuncturist, Herbalist, and Reiki Master, she specializes in women’s wellness and has devoted her life to learning, exploring and sharing the healing arts through events, experiences and 1/1 sessions. She is thrilled to partner with Shuniya Yoga Collective to share these monthly circles.

Please bring a journal or paper and a pen and any props you need for your practice (yoga mat, blanket, bolster, water). Ceremonial Cacao will be provided to those who wish to partake in this heart-opening ritual.
