Women's Circle: Support & Surrender

Our women's circle is a safe space to build sisterhood through sharing, discussion and deepening connection with your inner wise woman.

At our March circle, we will focus on celebraing all the roles of women, as we support one another on this journey.

A guided discussion and journal prompt will give us time to share, feel nurtured, laugh, and revel in connection.  Find freedom in mind, body and spirit with sound healing, mantra and a loving kindness meditation for a nervous system reset, ending with restorative shapes to allow full surrender.

Take time to connect with yourself and the community.

About Your Facilitator:

Laura/Kirtan, is a wife, mother, friend, and daughter. Her passion is using yogic tools and sound to uplift women. Her work as a teacher trainer, healer and guide has helped her navigate all these ages and stages of womanhood. She teaches Sacred Sundays at Shuniya Yoga Collective.

Please wear comfy clothes, bring a journal and any props you might need for your practice (mat, blanket, eye pillow, bolster, water).
