Summer SOULstice infused by the Full Moon

Summer Solstice has been celebrated for centuries as a time for inner power and brightness, acknowledging our spiritual journey to move things from the shadows to the light.

The Sun cycle represents our Life cycle and accommodates the natural flow of energy inward and outward. Spring Equinox represents action and the beginning of this journey, while Summer Solstice represents a time to PAUSE and WAIT for the energy planted in the Spring to fully blossom.

Summer Solstice and Summer itself is a time to work on ourselves and acknowledge the light within us. It represents the transition from ACTION to NOURISHMENT.

Full Moon occurs on June 21st in Capricorn associated with hard work, ambition and discipline. It is a powerful time to reflect on how we can take a more mature and responsible approach to our life goals.

Let this convergence of these cosmic cycles be a focus on our commitment to spreading the Light within and without, personally and collectively, to nourish the planet back to Balance.

2: Relaxation with Crystal bowl, Gong, Chimes to “Nourish” our nervous system

3: Mediation to Open the Heart so we can spread the Light
