Spring Equinox: Balance & Renewal

As we reach this pivotal place in time we begin to feel a shift in the sun and how it rests in the sky. The seeds of our true nature, which have been buried deep in our hearts in Winter, are beginning to feel the warmth of change and renewal.

Through breathwork, movement, sound healing and an expansive mantra meditation, we'll create space for possibility and prosperity in this new season.
