About the Event
Kick off the new year with some rest!
Join Liz on New Year's Day for a 90 minute restorative experience. Support your body with plenty of props, roll around on the floor and give yourself the gift of starting the year with a full cup and a calm being.
Please bring any props you need to support your practice (i.e. mat, water, blanket, boster and blocks).
