Full Moon Illumination: The Violet Flame

The Hunter's Moon comes just after the Fall Equinox and is the last Full Moon before winter. This is a great time for an inner expedition.

Meditation, a place of quiet stillness... is this a place we are comfortable? Now is the time to check in and see if this is true or a work in progress. The time of the Hunter's moon is perfect to begin this inner journey.

We will practice the spiritual fire of transformation called the "violet flame." The color violet has the highest vibrational frequency, it's used to promote spiritual growth, imagination and universal love. In our gathering, we will do a guided Violet Flame meditation.

The Full Moon welcomes transformational change and renewal. Join Kirtan for a personal journey with guided meditation and new intentions. We will integrate the energies of the evening with a sound bath relaxation including the gong, crystal bowls and chimes. Our collective impacts matter - as we set intentions for our individual goals, we also set our vision for the world.

Please bring any props you need to support your practice (i.e. mat, water, blanket and/or bolster). Paper will be provided for dreams and intentions.
