Full Moon Illumination: Invite Freedom

The Full Moon is the completion of a cycle and a time to cast off old ways of being and dive into something new. Immerse yourself in yoga, meditation and a high vibration gong sound journey accompanied by crystal bowls, chimes and the energy of the full moon. 

This month our focus is on FREEdom! Liberate yourself from stress and strife in this ritual gathering. Laura "Kirtan" will  guide you on a beautiful journey inward to awaken your senses and stimulate deep relaxation. Together we will manifest positive changes as we set intentions in our powerful group energy.

Allow the energy of this time to support your journey wherever you are, as we gather together (either IN PERSON or ONLINE). Our collective impacts are powerful - as we set intentions for our individual goals, we also set our vision for the world.

Please bring any props you need to support your practice (i.e. mat, water, blanket and/or bolster). Paper will be provided for dreams and intentions.
