Full Moon Illumation: Vibrational Dream Journey

Join Kim Humphrey for a deeply restful Vibrational Body experience, where Kim will play Himalayan Singing bowls to help relax the mind and body, while guiding you through a sound and Yoga Nidra, sacred dream-time journey.

We will open with a few grounding yin yoga poses, and then all you need to do is lie down, allowing your body to deeply rest as you journey into a deeply meditative state, immersed in a soothing soundscape including Traditional sequences with a set of 7 Himalayan Singing bowls, gong, chimes and ethereal vocals. The gentle, and powerful vibrations of the Himalayan singing bowls recalibrate the body at a vibrational level, helping us slow down and rest into our natural state of BEing.
