July's Circle Intention: Creating Inner Peace to Create World Peace

Join us for our July Women's Circle at Shuniya Yoga Collective!  You will have the option of participating IN-PERSON at the studio (with proper spacing) or ONLINE.  

Onkar will lead us in uncovering what we feel that it will take to heal ourselves on a personal scale and in turn, emanating our energy towards our intentions to create world peace.

Our July circle will include:

***Introductions & Sharing (for those who are called)

***Special Meditation to create deep inner peace

***Healing Gong Bath

***Journaling around what hinders us from sitting in a space of peace and what invites more peace in

Please bring a journal or paper and a pen and any props you need for your practice (yoga mat, blanket, bolster, water).

*ONLINE - $15 per person

*IN PERSON - $25 (early bird until 7/24)**

                       $30 (regular)**
